This 23km and 22km (45km total) adventure has everything!
Bay of Fires Trail is…
One of Australia's most epic adventure trails. During winter, the section of the Bay of Fires Trail from Anson's Bay Rd to Swimcart Beach rides beautifully. The trail gently climbs through stunning forest, littered with huge boulders to the summit on Mt Pearson Reserve.
Terrain: Myrtle beech forest, flowy singletrack with berms and jumps, rock formations, and coastal views.
Difficulty: Generally considered an intermediate to advanced trail, not for the faint of heart.
Time to Complete: At least 3 hours, but possibly longer.
Considerations: Requires carrying water, snacks, and a puncture repair kit.
Riders can expect a combination of challenging climbs and exhilarating descents.
The trail is well-maintained with features like berms and jumps, offering a fun and exciting ride.
Spectacular coastal views of the Bay of Fires can be enjoyed along the way.
Dreaming Pools has…
Long swooping descents, 3-4 different types of trail terrain, a couple of easy climbs, you’ll follow Constable Creek for approximately 3.5 kms, some scenic some gradual climbs, of course the Dreaming pools themselves, then a forestry road climb before dropping onto Wedged In and then you’ll be back at the Flagstaff.
Make sure pack a snack and plenty to drink, or if you are going to take in all the sights pack lunch and have a nice stop at the Dreaming Pools. If you are feeling super adventurous pack your bathers too.
If 27kms is a bit far but you want to experience the Dreaming Pools trail, we can help there too, you can hire one of our Giant Reign EBikes.
